L’appel à participation à la cinquième édition d’Arles Books Fair est ouvert !

La foire se tiendra du mardi 7 au samedi 11 juillet 2026 à l’École nationale supérieure de la photographie (ENSP) et au Collège Saint-Charles.

Cette année, de nouvelles formules s’adaptent à tous les projets : la table semaine avec présentoir pour une présence continue et les tables pop up 3 jours ou 2 jours. Une belle occasion de renouveler l’expérience et d’aller à la rencontre de nouveaux publics.

👉 Participation possible selon plusieurs modalités :

🔹 FORMULE SEMAINE
mardi 7 > samedi 11 juillet

• Présence durant tout l’événement aux horaires d’ouverture*
• Une table de 220 x 70 cm
• Un présentoir à livres derrière le stand (120 cm de large x 240 cm de haut)
• PRIX : 495€**

🔹 FORMULE POP-UP 3 JOURS
mardi 7 > jeudi 9 juillet

• Présence durant trois jours aux horaires d’ouverture*
• Une table de 120 x 80 cm
• PRIX : 365€**

🔹 FORMULE POP-UP 2 JOURS
vendredi 10 > samedi 11 juillet

• Présence durant deux jours aux horaires d’ouverture*
• Une table de 120 x 80 cm
• PRIX : 365€**

Veuillez noter qu’en fonction des demandes et du nombre de places disponibles, il se peut que nous ne soyons pas en mesure d’accepter toutes les candidatures.
Arles Books Fair s’adresse prioritairement aux éditeurs bien que des librairies spécialisées puissent également être accueillies. 

*Horaires de la foire : 13h à 19h30. Aucun départ avant le jour et l’horaire communiqués ne pourra être envisagé.

The call for participation for the fifth edition of Arles Books Fair is open!

The fair will take place from Tuesday 7th to Saturday 11th July 2026 at the École nationale supérieure de la photographie (ENSP) and the Collège Saint-Charles.

This year, new formats are available to suit every project: the week-long table with display stand for full visibility, as well as the 3-day and 2-day pop-up tables. A great opportunity to refresh the experience and connect with new audiences.

👉 There are several ways to take part:

🔹 WEEK-LONG PACKAGE
Tuesday 7th > Saturday 11th July

• Throughout the event during the opening hours*
• 220 x 70 cm table
• Book display behind the stand (120 cm wide x 240 cm high)
• PRICE: €495**

🔹 3-DAY POP-UP PACKAGE
Tuesday 7th > Thursday 9th July

• Three days, from Tuesday 7th to Thursday 9th July, during the opening hours*
• 120 x 80 cm table
• PRICE: €365**

🔹 2-DAY POP-UP PACKAGE
Friday 10th > Saturday 11th July

• For two days, from Friday 10th to Saturday 11th July, during the opening hours*
• 120 x 80 cm table
• PRICE: €365**

Applications are now being accepted, and you can submit them using the online form below until 31st March 2026 (inclusive). If you have any questions, please write to abf@francephotobook.fr.

Please note that subject to demand and the number of places available, we may not be able to accept all applications.
Arles Books Fair is primarily aimed at publishers, although specialized bookshops may also be welcomed. 

*Fair hours: 1 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. No departures before the communicated day and time will be possible.
**Exempt from VAT under article 293 B French tax law.
